What is the picture quality like? – All our pictures are of very high resolution, taken with either a high resolution Canon  SLR camera (or an HD webcam for the children’s booth and for back up).  They are printed using high quality dye sublimation photographic printers of the type that are used by photo processing companies the world over.

Is there a cost for delivery? – Booths are delivered free within a distance of 30 miles from our base in CM18.  Above this a small charge is applied.  If you are not sure whether a charge will apply, contact us (we use Google maps to check!).

How long will I be able to use the booth? – You can use the booth for the agreed period of time for which it is booked.  A standard period for gold and silver booth hire is 3 hours but we are happy to quote for other durations.

Are the photos be uploaded to your Facebook page? – Yes.  Our booths come with the very latest bespoke photo booth hire software that gives you the option to have the photos uploaded directly to our Facebook page during your event, enabling you to Like and Share as soon as they have processed.  Subject to WIFI access just let us know at time of booking.

What size are the photos? – The photos are usually single 4” x 6” photos or 4 individual photos printed on the 4″ x 6″ photo-paper.

How many prints will I get? – Our gold & wedding photo booth hire option come with unlimited 2 sets – one for the guests and one for the guest book i.e. as many times as your guests can make visits within your hire time!  Multiple copies of the same photo can be supplied if requested at the time of booking at an extra charge.

Will I get a copy of the photos as well as my guests ? – Yes! All of the pictures from your photo booth hire will be provided on a USB memory stick.

Can the photo booths record video? – Yes – all the booths come with the option for you and your guests to record video messages. These are also provided on the USB memory stick. Ask for more details as video messaging is not always suitable for noisier location.

Does the booth come with a trained attendant? – Each hire is supported by a fully trained, smartly dressed attendant who will bring the booth, set it up at your venue and be on hand throughout your event to ensure your guests get the most value and enjoyment from it.  We even have 24hr technical support for our software.

How long does it take to set-up a booth? – Your booth attendant will usually arrive at your venue at least an hour or more before the event or hire is booked.  A typical set-up time is around an hour to an hour and a quarter.  We do not charge for this time and it is not counted as part of the running time.

What is ‘green screen’ technology? – Used for everything from the weather forecast to blockbuster movies, green screen or ‘chroma keying’ is simply the process of removing the colour of one image (the green background) and replacing it with another.  With our booths a selection of backgrounds is provided by us or you can ask for specific backgrounds and we will always try to match your requests.  The success of green screen is dependant on a number of factors including the ambient light around the booth.  A lower light level is desirable and the attendant will make every effort to ensure the green screen works effectively.  We also have the latest fun ‘immersive’ green screen technology where you can be right in the picture and not just in front of a static background.

What if I want the booth set up some time before the event starts? – Idle time (for example you want the booth set up two hours the event starts) is chargeable but the amount is dependant on the amount of waiting time required. Tell us what you want and we can give you a definitive quote.

What is ‘facial recognition” technology? – This a fun software package that lets our Canon digital SLR camera ‘recognise’ faces and then lets you choose fun additions to your photos from a menu of silly hats, joke glasses and so much more.  There is even a Harry Styles face to put over your own!

Are you insured? – We have five million pounds worth of public liability insurance.  In addition, although there is no longer a legal requirement for it, we ensure our high tech electrical equipment is portable appliance tested and certified every year and we have up to to date full risk assessments with copies available on request.
